Paste into Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → paste (Ctrl+V). If the image doesn't carry over, delete the placeholder, click the image icon in the signature toolbar, and insert your exported photo.

New Outlook tip: The "Copy Signature" button embeds your headshot directly into the clipboard as rich text. If the image doesn't paste correctly, export the sig photo PNG first, paste the signature text, then use the image button in Outlook's signature editor to insert the photo manually.
